Outsourcery is one of the UK’s leading providers of cloud-based IT and business communications solutions, delivering cloud services to partners and customers of all sizes since 2007. Our award-wining cloud solutions help organisations of any size to save money, increase productivity and work better. Our scaleable cloud platform has been developed using the latest technologies from best-of-breed partners like Microsoft and HP, to provide our customers with a highly resilient platform.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

The Outsourcery HR team is committed to delivering outstanding career opportunities to individuals, as well as operating within our core company values to support the needs of the business and its overall strategy. We focus on the specific training needs of each employee through individual assessment in regular performance appraisals, in order to best help support and drive performance.

Free online training resources are available to all employees, enabling everyone at Outsourcery to develop new skills, or improve existing ones, in their own time and at their own pace. In addition we also offer sponsorship for professional, industry-recognised qualifications, where there is a business requirement to do so (role-dependent).
