We support our customers in every way, from point of signing through to ongoing service, using a variety of tools; dedicated telephone and email support, online ‘self-help’ guides, billing helpdesk, technical support teams and 24/7 telephone helpdesk*. Our larger customers also benefit from field-based account management and regular service reviews.

We make every effort to ensure that we are not just meeting your needs but exceeding expectations – whether you’re speaking to us by phone, by email or face to face. Your opinion is important to us, so in 2008 we implemented our Customer Satisfaction Line service which allows customers to give us feedback on the services they receive. This feedback is monitored on a monthly basis to ensure our customer services is always first class. In addition, we run annual satisfaction surveys which allow us to develop of service and support model, benefitting all customers. Of course we don’t always get it right. When we don’t, we always endeavour to rectify our mistake to our customer’s satisfaction and build robust processes to ensure we get it right first time, next time.
