Originally formed in 1995 to provide mobile solutions to UK business customers, Outsourcery (formerly Genesis Communications Limited), has grown to become the UK’s largest independent mobile virtual service provider. Mobile communications has grown rapidly in the last 10 years and as a result, Outsourcery provides market-leading mobile solutions, such as mobile voice and data, BlackBerry services and Windows Mobile. In addition, Outsourcery acquired the business and assets of THUS Mobile from Cable & Wireless in early 2009, making us the UK’s largest independent mobile provider supporting 25,000 customers and servicing over 150,000 mobile devices.
In 2007, as a key part of our business strategy, we launched our hosted IT products following the acquisition of ServeLogic Plc and invested in a wholly owned state-of-the-art data centre. Today we are a well established provider of software as a service (SaaS) solutions, such as Microsoft Hosted Exchange 2007, Microsoft Hosted SharePoint 2007, Microsoft Office Communication Server and Hosted Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. What’s more, we recently acquired Increase CRM, making us the UK’s No.1 provider of Hosted Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 solutions.
Generating annual revenues of approximately £43million, Outsourcery is the UK’s leading independent provider of communications and hosted IT solutions to business customers with over 230 staff based in Manchester, Leicester and London. We have achieved a total of 7 Microsoft Gold Partner competencies, demonstrating the highest levels of expertise in Microsoft technologies.
The launch of unified communications in late 2009, by integrating mobile services with data and IP telecoms on our hosted platform, underpins our ambition to become the UK’s leading provider of converged solutions to SME’s.
